This Privacy Policy explains how The Florida Man Games ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the TFMG+ mobile app. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.

• Content you create: comments ("challenge suggestions"), votes, and engagement activity used to award badges.

• Draft participation: if you enter the Draft as a prospect or player, your phone number. It is used only as contact information for event organizers and your team's coach, is stored privately, and is never shown on your public profile or to other users.

• Notification data: a push notification token for your device so we can send you alerts, plus your in-app notification preferences.

• Device & usage information: basic device type and app activity used to operate and improve the app.

• Your ticket: any ticket image you save is stored only on your own device and is never uploaded to our servers.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.

• To operate features like voting, comments, badges, the schedule, and announcements.

• To send push notifications you have not turned off (see "Your Choices").

• To moderate content and keep the community safe.

• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app.

How Your Information Is Stored and Shared

• We use Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage) and the Expo push service to operate the app. These providers process data on our behalf.

• We do not sell your personal information.

• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or us.

Your Choices

• Notifications: turn off categories in Settings, or disable notifications for the app in your device settings.

• Profile: you can update your password in Settings.

• Comments are visible to other users; please do not share sensitive personal information in them.

Data Retention and Deletion

• We keep your information for as long as your account is active.

• To delete your account and associated data, use the "Delete Account" option in Settings, or contact us at info@thefloridamangames.com.

• Account & Data Deletion — The Florida Man Games To delete your account and all associated data: • In the app: open the Account tab, then tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, messages, votes, and personal data. • Or email info@thefloridamangames.com from your account's email address and we'll delete your account and data within 30 days. Data removed includes: name, email, phone number, profile photo, messages, and any content you created. Some records may be retained only where required by law.
